1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and mintordom ("mintordom", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, algorithmic software systems, automated risk calculation tools, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or interacting with mintordom, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not consent to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of the Software and Service

mintordom provides an automated computational interface designed to analyze cryptocurrency market telemetry, parse technical price indicators, and deliver algorithmic data streams. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Informational and Technical Tooling: The Platform is engineered as software technology. mintordom does not operate as an investment manager, portfolio broker, deposit-taking entity, or financial custodian.
• No Direct Fiduciary Duty: No agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship is established between you and mintordom by virtue of your access to the Platform.
• Execution Through Independent Brokers: Any trades executed based upon market metrics are routed to third-party liquidity providers or external execution venues selected by you. We exert no custody over your fiat currency or digital token holdings.

3. Eligibility and Account Safeguards

To access mintordom, you warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained the legal age of majority in your home jurisdiction.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into an enforceable contract under the laws of England and Wales and your local domicile.
• You are not subject to international financial sanctions or restricted jurisdiction prohibitions enforced by the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, or United Nations.
• You will maintain strict confidentiality over any API credentials, access tokens, and passwords assigned to your mintordom deployment.

4. Market Risk and Volatility Disclaimers

Digital asset trading involves substantial economic risk. Cryptocurrencies exhibit severe price volatility, liquidity fluctuations, and systemic network hazards. Before using mintordom tools, you expressly acknowledge:

• Capital at Risk: You may incur partial or total loss of any funds committed to trading activities. Never trade funds that you cannot afford to lose completely.
• Algorithmic Execution Variables: Automated algorithms, network endpoints, and data feeds are subject to latency, unexpected slippage, software interruptions, and exchange server maintenance outside the direct control of mintordom.
• Absence of Profit Warranties: Past performance metrics, historical backtests, and computational simulations visible on the Platform do not represent a guarantee or reliable forecast of future returns.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When engaging with the Platform, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract proprietary algorithmic logic, source code, or heuristics developed by mintordom.
• Deploy any automated scraper, bot, spider, or crawling software to scrape analytics data without express prior written consent.
• Circumvent or tamper with security protocols, rate-limiting measures, or authentication tokens.
• Use the Platform in furtherance of market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, money laundering, or illegal operations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights subsisting in the Platform—including but not limited to branding, algorithms, design systems, interface architecture, documentation, and database rights—belong exclusively to mintordom and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence solely to access the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Integrations and Hyperlinks

The Platform may reference or integrate third-party trading venues, payment gateways, and liquidity providers. mintordom exercises no direct control over the terms, availability, privacy protocols, or solvency of such independent third parties. Your engagement with external entities is conducted strictly at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, mintordom, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost trading profits, lost capital, loss of digital tokens, network disruptions, or downtime damages, irrespective of whether such losses were foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury resulting from proven negligence where prohibited by English law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mintordom and its operational personnel from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising under or connected to these Terms.
